General description of drilling machine:

ZT-25 A is an all –hydraulic guided boring machine developed by Drillto Trenchless Co.Ltd. It has the advantages of strong power, reliable performance, multipurpose.

• Mounted with rubber crawler drilling machine can be easily put into a 20# container to ship abroad.
• With motor chain Thrust pull back system, the rotation head runs smoothly and in high efficiency.
• With fixed displacement gear pump for open circuit system, the machine runs steadily; and the frequency of malfunction is very low for the use of simple circuit.

Function:

Rotary drilling is the basic drilling method. With different accessories, tools and fluids for different ground conditions, The following drilling methods can also be used:

• High pressure jet cutting
• Fluid rotary drilling

This machine is suitable for drilling in such ground condition as clay, sub clay sand etc across road, railway runway, runway river and building to install steel, PVC, PE with maximum diameter of 550 mm. The supporting specials tools can achieve various levels of weathered and unweathered rock drilling. Installation length is determined by pipe diameter.
